I love how everyone has one spirit animal but Erwin has the fuckin wardrobe to Narnia.

nah man that’s a chimera, it’s to show that he’s turned into a monster

I think the chimera is more to represent that he is multi-faceted and that he has many faces. He himself may question the good inside of him, and whether he is a ‘monster’ or not.
But someone has to do his job, and it is him. And he is DAMN GOOD at his job. And in order to do that job well, you must adapt, you must show whichever side of you, real or invented, to solve the problem as efficiently as possible. And he gets a lot of shit. Because people do die because of him. His decisions put everyone on the edge, teetering between life and death.

and he alone has to accept that and press on.
No one wants to do his job. As a chimera, he can manipulate, deceive, and make fast decisions in a multitude of situations because it is what he must do.
idk that’s my take on it.

Today I was at work and this like 13 year old kid came in with a snk jacket so I was all omg I really like your jacket and his face like lit up and he smiled and turned to his friend and was all “she gets it! She gets it!” and his friend just sighed and kinda shook his head and I think that perfectly describes the friendship between an anime watcher and a non-anime watcher

in case youre still looking for a decent drawing program

nepeter:

have you tried mypaint?

  • its free
  • its open source
  • works for windows, linux and mac
  • 90% of the window space is where you draw, no clunky and messed up menus
  • performance-wise
  • supports layers
  • the canvas is basically unlimited, the program automatically chooses a dimension for your picture when you save
  • easy (but not too limited) brush creation
  • overall fucking awesome

Collection of my older works, thank you for the feature! Someone even managed to find an old painting I only posted in my sketch blog, which I took down some years ago. :’D

It was actually a submission for an artbook called H20, which for some reason never was made, even several artists submitted their works for it. It’s always a little disappointing when this happens. :<

All these are traditional art, painted with watercolors on A4 sized paper.
